Positive: I had a pleasant stay in the property. The room was big enough and spacious and the bed was comfortable and the property was clean. It was in the middle of the city, so commute to places was readily available along with a metro station right outside.
Negative: I was expecting that they'd clear the trash out everyday such as taking out the empty water bottles I've used or clear the dustbin, but the property and the room was clean before I entered. But I guess it was expected of me and they didn't mention they'd do it, so it's not their fault. Also, they could've restocked my coffee packets and provided milk, seeing as they had a fridge there.

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat itself is so well designed and planned out, we loved it. We travelled with our baby and it had everything we needed. The decor and facilities are really high quality - carefully thought out and built well. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautiful with very nice amenities. Felt like a 4-star stay. The location is great too, very accessible - the nearest metro station is less than 100-metres away. Enough parking space for 2-3 cars. Bala is a great host - very thoughtful and friendly, even recommended excellent restaurants nearby and a list of things to do/places to visit. There are a couple of helper boys in the building, very helpful. Complimentary breakfast was also nice. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Chennai!
Negative:
The lane right in front of the property is quite narrow so bringing a car could be a little tight. This is nothing to do with the property itself but there are a lot of mosquitoes in the area. However, they did provide plenty of mosquito-repellant machines, so it was alright.

Stayed via Booking.com and had a wonderful experience. The room felt like a suite in a 5-star hotel—spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
